Talk to a real person.
Calling is the fastest way. If you would rather write, the forms below go to the same team — and we answer within 1 business day.

Need an interpreter, including Auslan? Say so when you call and we will arrange one at no cost to you.

From your first call to your first shift
Most people go from first contact to their first regular shift in about two weeks. Here is each step, and how long it usually takes. If you need support sooner, say so — we can move faster.
-
DAY 0
You get in touch
By phone, email or form. Tell us as much or as little as you know — partial information is fine, and there is no cost or obligation.
-
WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY
We call you back
A service manager calls, not a call centre. We ask what you need, what is not working now, and whether we are the right fit. We will tell you honestly if we are not.
-
DAYS 2–5
We meet you
Usually at your home, at a time that suits you. Bring anyone you want with you. We talk through your goals, routines and anything we need to be careful about.
-
DAYS 5–10
We plan and set up
We write your care plan together, agree your roster and start date, sign the service agreement, and match you with workers who suit you.
-
USUALLY WITHIN 2 WEEKS
Your support starts
You meet your worker before regular shifts begin. If the match is not right, tell us and we will change it — no awkward conversation needed.
Leaving hospital, or in crisis?
Tell us on the first call. We have started supports within 48 hours for hospital discharges and urgent placements. Call 0468 406 997 rather than using the form.
What can slow it down
Waiting on plan details or funding confirmation, or finding the right worker match for specialised or overnight support. We will tell you where things are at rather than leaving you guessing.
Referral form
For participants, families, support coordinators, hospitals and discharge teams. Only fill in what you know — we can fill the gaps on the phone.
Fields marked * are required. Everything else is optional.
Work with us
We are looking for people who care well, communicate clearly and take the work seriously. Technical skills can be taught. Heart cannot.
What you get from us
- Face-to-face induction, not a video link
- Care plans, routines and risks in Visual Care before your first shift
- A manager you can reach, including out of hours
- Ongoing training and high intensity skills sign-off
- Your feedback is asked for and acted on
"They do not only care about participants — they genuinely care about their workers as well."Experienced support worker
Not sure which form is right?
Send it anyway, or just call. We will point you to the right next step and tell you honestly whether we can help — including in areas where we are still expanding.
